1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, including:

Print-on-demand or sublimated items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Please double-check all spelling, sizes, colors, and design choices before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [kontakt@samz24.online] with:

A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation as confirming from the Delivery Company.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, production begins, and we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
