Thank you for shopping with [SAMZ]. We are based in Germany and proudly ship our handmade and custom-designed products both within Germany and internationally. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All our products are either handmade, customized, or made-to-order. This means processing times may vary depending on the type of item ordered:

Print-on-Demand Items 3–7 business days
Resin Art/Cricut Art 5–10 business days

 

Note: During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union (EU) countries

  • United Kingdom

  • United States 

  • International Destinations

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

 

4. Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. In such cases, please contact the courier directly. We can assist with claim information if needed.
